They confirmed NO armor abilities via twitter. In their E3 presentation it said, "new abilities" and someone asked if they meant armor abilities. It turns out that they are not having armor abilities but will have other new player mechanics... they gave examples of past player mechanics as dual wielding and hijacking vehicles.
So basically no more armor abilities but there will still be some cool new possibilities to move gameplay forwa...
some people did not like the multiplayer (which I was actually a fan of)... most people consider the single player to be really good though
Halo 5 seems to be getting rid of what people didn't like about halo 4. For example, armor abilities are gone. I hope they advance the gameplay while staying true to what makes halo great. This will be hard to do but I think they are capable
I'll admit that I haven't gotten to play this yet but from what I have seen I will have to agree with you. This looks VERY similar to Battlefield 4... just with a different wrapping.
After the horrible battlefield 4 launch and now this game which seems like glorified DLC, I hope it fails miserably.

That was an unnecessary distraction and it seems like they are really listening to the fans when constructing the multiplayer
I think that without a doubt cloud processing will be a huge part of the future... the problem is that our current infrastructure won't allow it to be used to its true potential. When everyone has google fiber and our internet speeds catch up to the technology it will be amazing. Unfortunately it will be years before this happens

From what I have seen on other websites most people think xbox had the better show. The playstation show was good but microsoft did a little better. I'm sure that people on this website will disagree...
Playstation didn't show any major exclusives for this year. Also, I feel like people complained about the microsoft conference saying things such as, "They showed too many multiplats", "not enough gameplay" or "we already knew about most of it ...
I don't think anyone should really be worried about it being cross gen. They game can look and play great on both systems
what people should be worried about is... what is microsoft going to show at E3? This could have been another big announcement at E3 but they didn't wait. I am an X1 fan but I doubt that they can have so much awesome new stuff that they are just announcing everything already.

i get why they aren't including multiplayer... but no coop sounds a little ridiculous. You have this group of people running around as a team and you didn't make it so a friend could take one of their places?

haha... still don't get why some people think that microsoft is all about money but Sony just loves the gamers.
Sony is a HUGE international corporation that doesn't give two shits if you play uncharted or not... they just want your money.
Also, it isn't crazy for microsoft to pay to get a 3rd party exclusive. I guess Sony should just let The Order come to xbox and PC. You know, because they are about the gamers. They just love game...
I don't think this is good news. The thing that makes uncharted great is that it is lighthearted and adventurous... its like the game version of indiana jones and thats why I love it.
Uncharted is why I bought a PS3 (my first game on PS3 was uncharted 2). It seems like they had a lot of success with tlou (which was a great game) and now they are giving uncharted a similar tone.

Microsoft has announced that they will have a siri like application called "Cortana." It should release around the end of the year for windows 8.1 and eventually come to xbox one as well
it seems a little weird that they would introduce the new A.I with the name cortana while not keeping her in the game as well... but I guess it is possible
yeah I thought Halo Wars worked better than expected.
I also think an RTS is perfect for kinect use. I'll be honest, there are not a lot of ways for kinect controls to be beneficial with console games but an RTS is one of them. They should get on that right away
I would imagine sony has a lot to show. I am an x1 fan but I am worried about how much news they have already released. I guess it is possible that they still have so much great stuff that they will still have an amazing e3. However, I am worried that they released news early to separate themselves from sony and now they may not have as great an e3 as possible.
I am an xbox fan but I am a little worried that they won't have a ton of stuff to show at E3. They are making some huge announcements. I think they may be doing this to separate themselves from sony before the show... but if sony releases a massive amount of stuff at E3 and microsoft only has a decent amount of new news, then they are screwed
This is really a good thing. When Horizon 2 was announced some people were put off by it being a cross-gen game. It looks like there is no need to worry. The 360 version will not hold the X1 version back.
Lets hope that both games are fun
