If they have to have Kinect, I'd rather them have it separate. Why include something with a console that not everyone wants. Microsoft would also lose money on the Kinect Peripheral or have to cut specs of the system to keep it profitable for them.

At the start of this generation, I was a big XBox fan. At the end of the generation, I have no interest or intent in buying the next one.
Then no games will ever come out for it. If no new games come for it that are new console specific, then there is not much point in buying one.
I own Conviction and yes, it sucked as a SPlinter Cell game. However, it was a good game and fun.
3.4M is pretty good. WTF, did they want 10M? (well sure they probably did, but that's unrealistic as can be).
Anywho, let's say Square-Enix gets $40 a piece per game and with digital, let's say it sold 4M. That's $160 million USD in their pockets.
The levels were not designed in Conviction for stealth. There were many "chokepoints" where you HAD to deal with enemies. Levels were not designed well for sneaking.

I broke my PS3 a few months ago by cleaning the house. I laid it on top of a counter and accidentally knocked in into the floor. It totally broke.
