Everyone should have high expectations considering how bad Nintendo has been handling the Wii U since launch. We want change and we want games, fresh new games. Mario karts is great and all. But this just seemed like a 3ds direct to me.

Sony can have the most powerful consoles ever but they will never be able to create quality games like Nintendo or create the same kind of magic Nintendo has.
Sony will always have to rely on third party support and even the third parties rarely bring out games that can go head to head with a Nintendo exclusive.
Quality titles like Mario are too good to ever be on a PlayStation.
The value of classic Nintendo titles would drop quicker than a stripper losin her clothes.

You forgot to mention that even tho it maybe underpowered compared 2 the other 2 consoles, it has better quality games, gameplay, backwards compatibility and better online play which is free.
This makes the Wii U the best next gen console for hardcore gamers, the gamepad is a bonus.
If you want a console that just has pretty graphics but poor quality games then go for the Ps4.

It's ironic that the Ps4 has the best hardware, yet lacks in games and gameplay. Software is poor.
Wii U is the cheapest and weakest when it comes to hardware yet it has better quality games and a better games line up than the ps4.

I doubt that, Sony and Microsoft have never been able to compete with Nintendo when it comes to software. That's the one thing Sony lacks, if they could match Nintendo's quality then I'd buy a ps4 tomorrow.
