Rare is rare again ever since they were allowed creative freedom(sea of thieves being their first original IP in years) people say they died because they won't do banjo 40, conker's bad fur decade, etc. That or they want rare to change and make photorealistic cinematic games so that people can then say "ah there they are. You don't have to click on it to know sony isn't dumb they know bringing their games to pc is all positive for them and for gamers. Not a pc gamer? Who cares you get ps5. Got a beefy pc and already invested a lot into it so you dont want to waste more on consoles? You're good we all win.
I typed this after skimming through npd -by the decades- lists lol but yeah most were microsoft related or third party no sony til 2016. Still don't sleep on halo infinite. Almost every halo has been on the lists and that's with them being on one console, halo infinite will be on all xbox devices, pc, xcloud. Crazy to not call it big. Tlou2 will be big but you'd be a fanboy if you dont believe infinite to be the biggest. No others are as iconic as mario or chief, be real about it....
