Target does price match so getting the game in store when you want is a great option if they have the game available.
The community died when mod support stopped being available in each CoD game. Modern Warfare 1 was the last one that truly supported mod support and still to this very day has a pretty good player base.
mikeslemonade - Robert Bowling that was the Creative Strategist for Infinity Ward on CoD and seems like he got a pretty big check from Activision before he left. Rumors stated he received $18 million with his split from Activision, I don't know how accurate it is, but I'm sure it was a decent amount for him to start up a company and pay his devs for the new game he's making.
I believe he just put up a video on Co-op as well for FC4.
More storage is always welcome, though if you've got the console already, external hard drive support is the only viable option I would prefer them to offer. They need to get on that so people don't start a new trend of HDD swapping when they run out of space.
I'll take 500GB over the hard drive options we had for previous gen. Granted you can swap out the hard drives, I think 500GB was a good starting point.
So about on par with Ghosts. At least you can pre-load this on next gen consoles to avoid waiting when it launches.
DICE LA has actually been the saving grace for BF4 and have been pumping out updates for the last 3-4 months consistently to further improve the game and bring fan feedback into the game. The latest patch was great and added a lot of needed features. You questioning "why are they testing?" is rather redundant. Why wouldn't they want to test it to make sure the game is functional for the latest DLC?
They are even going back and patching every single map that h...
Sure it can. If you're killing animals and skinning them, you are helping yourself level up and also crafting as you go along. Either way, you are further leveling up your character while you mess around and explore. The game has a tendency of random events with animals being around you that may attack you. Just saw Jackfrags video and a hawk was randomly attacking him.
Open world game, sometimes you just want to explorer..a lot. I found myself taking air gliders and letting go and diving into the water a lot..and then getting attacked by sharks with FC3.
Shadow of Mordor has this when you're fighting and use a special ability and everyone scatters lol.
Definitely going to need another beta to test it out before it launches. I didn't like what I played from the E3 beta they launched. Really glad they pushed it back.
They don't owe us anything about resolutions. The resolution doesn't matter. The core game itself should be what matters and if the game is functional and if they can meet the launch date.
While this is a 'hot topic' it's not something that is overly important and a need to know basis. There are more pressing issues they need to address for their game instead of addressing resolutions when it truly doesn't matter. They've worked their ass off fo...
tinynuggins - You can, join us on our adventures of actually enjoying games on our preferred platforms and not have to worry about nonsense while we play the game.
Because they just don't care about the resolution wars. They want people to enjoy the games, not complain over nonsense.
It's an opinion piece. The one thing you're attacking them on and calling them a fanboy and then you say you prefer the touchpad. Wouldn't make you fit in the same category that you're putting them in?
I bought both consoles, I like both consoles a lot, however I do prefer the Xbox One controller over the dual shock 4 controller, HOWEVER, the new dual shock controller is a lot better than the PS3 version.
Resolutions are serious business. It will make or break the actual game that appears to no longer matter.
From the platforms they were going to have Windows 10 on, it will have some form of Windows 10 on the Xbox to have the brand fully united under one OS.
What if the console truly cannot handle 1080p because of all the AI and NPC's they have everywhere throughout the game which caused them to have it be 900p to accommodate their vision they had for the game with it feeling more alive than ever?
I would assume Easy to Normal difficulty and ran through it. CoD has always been around 5-6 hours on those difficulties while Veteran was just hair tearing and will take longer as you find a strategy that works for you to beat the level.
The mission on World At War with the flame throwers where you get ambushed. Grenade city and hopping in their spiderholes as you heal was so frustrating. Hated having 3-4 nades thrown in my direction like I was a magnet.
