I can't wait for this game to come out, I'm glad there was no deterioration in the graphics compared to NS1. Online multiplayer is the ONLY thing the first one was missing for me and now with these quick time events the game is way more cinematic than before.
I'm loving it, the demo is amazing, day 1 for me.

Heavenly Sword wasn't a "launch title", it was supposed to release around launch but they were really really late. The game was too short for $60, ESPECIALLY after you had just put down $600 + tax on buying the system.

Your accounts for FF14 cross platforms, you can play with the same account on both PC and PS3 so any PC gamer who can't budget upgrading for these specs could play the PS3 version till prices come down or till they CAN afford the specs. Saying "PS3 gamers are use to..." is pointless since what I'm suggesting is that PC gamers (people use to playing games on PC, with PC game longevity) would be the people playing the PS3 version if they couldn't or didn't want to upgr...
These are just "recommended" requirements but the higher they are the better for me since I have to wait for the PS3 version. The more PC people unable to handle this game the lower the number of players far outclassing PS3 player when we finally get the game.
Also, they want the appearance to be future proof/still look good years down the line so it's a good thing.

WKCs isn't 1080p, you can't even force it to play in 1080p. The Japanese version may have been or years ago when it was announced that may have been the plan or something the International version is definitely not.
What can I say, I hope it gets released in the U.S. and soon (by april at least).
