perhaps i should have used the /s for my post. As it was meant as a ridiculous aside to the post i was replying to. The amount of ridiculous comments in this website aimed at the new xbox one and the previous xobx 360 are monumental to the stupidity of the people on here.

The ridiculous short sightedness of Sony, a huge world wide company, to not put a removeable, and user serviceable battery into their gamepad, instead having its user replace the entire pad when the battery finally dies.

MS have already come out and said that the device can be turned off completely, so that both the camera and mic are not functioning.

@TwinDad I believe it's also been said that the system can be turned off fully, that way no part of the system is running, of course you can always switch it off at the plug.
But then i guess the usual lot on here would then bemoan that you cant just magically turn the system on without having to flick the switch at the wall.
AND ITS ALREADY BEEN SAID THAT YOU CAN TURN THE CAMERA OFF.

I read a story on a game website today that said that the inside of the xbox one is basically just the insides taken from an xbox one with an extra daughter cpu to boost the speed.
It has to be true because i saw it on <insert website no one has heard of before> website.
or as a gaming console that has extra functionality, as in media capabilities, which the PS3 and PS4 both have.
Incidentally, more people use the PS3 to watch Netflix than on the 360. But hey its still a game console at heart
yet people were all over the article the other day from IGN regarding the twitter push, where it showed about 90% of people were pushing for PS4 as opposed to only about 10% for the new xbox.
But i guess that one is right, and this one is wrong.

Remember when vgchartz was derided for being innacurate, false and the numbers didnt add up.
That was of course when they had the 360 selling more than the PS3, now the numbers have turned around, the usual lot are all over the numbers now.

Its also the number one pre-order on shop.to in the UK, PS4 is at number 2 position.
SO i guess people do want it, regardless of what everyone on here rants about.
I have my pre-order allready down and looking forward to messing about with the console.

Very disappointing piece, and to be associated with the Huffington Post as well. It seems no one is immune from the garbage being bandied about regarding the xbox one. And N4G is the worst place of the lot.
