Sure you can use a flash drive but it's going to be SLOWER by a huge margin. It's ok for arcade titles but it's not something you want to have on a game loading a ton of things.
It may look better than games from those ears but it still looks like crap now. Something about the textures bugs me.

Yeah that was my plan too. Just get MW3 on the ps3 since it's so "arcade like" in the multiplayer.
Lol I had a x1950. Great card. It just couldn't keep up with games at medium. Outdated as hell now.
I wouldn't mind playing games at low if developers didn't make them look god awful. Crysis being the worst offender. Low settings practically removed all textures. Thank god I was able to play it on medium.
I actually wouldn't mind having no Vita games. I could just play the "welcome back" PSP games I got. :P

I think what they mean by starting on games are brainstorming game ideas. You want a game or two in each genre when you launch to have a broad appeal.

I remember I played through a pirated version of Just Cause 2. Then I saw it for $5 on Steam and was like "Why not?" and bought it.
Recently I pirated Dead Island (WHY NO DEMO!?) and loved it, so I bought it full price on Steam. I had the money, so I paid for it.
In good times, I'll pay for my games. In bad times, I'll pirate whatever the hell I want.
Even if only a single person was pirating games, companies would continue to implement annoying security measures.
It's guaranteed to be a shortage. Hell I might sell mine if the ebay prices go high enough. That's if it's not hacked. If it is hacked early, I'm keeping the earliest firmware I can get my hands on.

Yeah the lack of an "r" key for reload is kind of bothersome. I'm so used to using that key that it would get me killed for some time before I would adjust.

I had a major problem. Tried to download Deadspace but the download would get reset if I put my computer in hibernation or would restart my computer. I don't want to leave my computer on for 12 hours while it downloads! (yes my connection at home sucks)
Steam never has a problem with such a simple thing.
