VGchartz isn't actually reliable source, they have some sources, but mostly its estimates and once NPD is out and if other numbers leak like for Europe/GFK then they correct themselves.

Its possible, Platinum Games is perfect for gameplay while Retro is much better in terms of game engines than Platinum Games so it would be a god like combo.

Well people will compare walking speed in some game to a constant sprint in Xenoblade X which is speed comparable or higher than Usain Bolts top sprint speed.
Unreal 3 engine was designed around Xbox 360 hardware and Wii U is vastly different plus Unreal 3 is DirectX 9 engine and later one DirectX 10/11 being bolted on so it is not efficiently utilizing more modern hardware.
It sucks for Valhalla Games that Epic Games are incompetent to port Unreal 4 engine to Wii U while works on tablets and smartphones that are far far weaker that cant even compete with Xbox 360.
