there's nothing wrong with shooters but i agree shooters being the backbone of the industry is a bad thing
ports please explain all the ports you speak of because compared to the psp there are VERY little so far
most of the 3ds games revealed so far are games built from the ground up for the 3DS hence NOT a port
note how i said so far because there are more to come

those were HUGE pushes for their perspective markets
pushing innovation not just simply adding it later on down the road
while i do agree that activision is an A$$ company they are making more sense right now than all those other devs that are so quick to throw their BS casual crap into the ring without even knowing if the stadium will be full

but what some of you need to remember is that tech demos server to SHOW what the technology is capable of
meaning the 3DS is capable of what it was showing

developers can ask for larger carts if needed
if its anything like the ds carts which most likely it is they will have larger carts down the road and they will have larger carts for the devs that really need the space
the psp is not as powerful as the ps2 i really don't know where people get that
mgs3 and god of war 2 on the ps2 still look MUCH better than anything the psp has
go ahead and bring in tech specs but without anything to actual show for it specs don't mean much
i know a 3dtv wont always be cheap but it wont start being cheap anytime soon HD TV's took years before they became mainstream LED TV's have been out for a while now and they are just BARELY getting there
ps3 being 3d ready will become relevant when 3d tv's become mainstream which will not happen until the price is that of hd tv's and cheaper which will not happen for a very long time
