You can find a PC version nof this game on $10 bucks, while Switch players pay full price. Once you factor in software, the handheld PC vs. Switch price gap shrinks fast.
When a platform loses its core fans—those with 500+ games—it’s almost impossible to recover by going third‑party, because loyalty revenue is far more valuable than a few extra sales elsewhere.
It's cheap hardware designed to make revenue of each unit sold. Running games at higher fps shown developer commitment and perseverance.

Let’s say they basically shot themselves in the foot. The platform was already at $6,581 million without Forza Horizon 5 on PS5, and now, even with 5 million copies sold, it drops to $5,958 million. People left the platform because there were no exclusives and no real reason to invest in an more expensive Xbox.
