Well.... the fact that I have not seen/heard of a single person posting with a machine thats dead whose console isnt manufactured in the same factory during augisr/september.... seems too large a coincidence; especially considering what the students said. Usually sony devices have a failure rate much lower than this at launch even of this is comparitively low.

No there isnt... several multiplats a couplebof exclusives another one due in january-drive club, infamous due in march-destiny due sometime after mid February when spring starts, watch dogs due late sprong. The devision next aumtumn and uncharted 4 announced hopefully for next autumn. Mgs5 prolouge due in spring and final full game before xmas... lots of ganes.. all spread out too :D
What I like about guys like him, yoshida, kaz etc is that I really get the impression that they do actually like games, it's not just a job- I can see them actually playing games in their spare time etc. It's not just a case of "got to work in this to bring int the $$$" it's that plus an actual interest....

I think you might be refferring to moores law. The theory tjat every x number ofbyears (think its 3 or 4) the processing power of chips will I think its double/that the size will halve. In short if its bigger you canvget more power out of it. Mobile devices are heavily limited by batteries though so till the current tech cab be made snall enough, efficient enough to be in a mobile device.... oh and for that to happen likely in 8 years ish we will almost certaibly have a new generation of cons...
I preordered one from ASDA (Walmarts UK company) in august, they cancelled my order without warning because i had tit o switch my delivery address to my uni aadress something allows you todo... They never fixed it a £5 off voucher right near pre order payment deadline as compensation for their mess up is what i got... :/

Sony arent being dishonest read the article it was primairily built for games he's just saying it ALSO does alot of thofthings MS make out only the Xbox one is doing... Which is true but he's also saying the reason they aren't promotingnthe extra features atm and that it isnt a focus is because the main bulk of their audience doesnt care that much and would rather have high quality games.

well at this point in time I have an issue if wii u were to sell 1:1 with the new consoles... you know why? That would send a message that what nintendo have done with the wii u hardware and software wise is ok and they can repeat the mistake.... when it isn't and they can't...
@triella well if your figures are even remotely accurate predictions based off the 360 figures then we already know the PS4 has outsold it as they said at gamescom ps4 had 1 million preorders.... and many more will have been taken. Spinning it off into a separate company isn't a bad idea, if Sony's financial issue got any worse I'd kind of like to see them do something similar with SCE. So it's essentially the same company just separate from the main body-if the main body went down or had to start firing people/selling bits off it would be unaffected. Alternatively they could just ditch the consumer tv business save for one model in say 2 sizes at any one time...as that's their issue. as for MS I'...
