Sony have the marketing deal for Black ops 3 AND star wars battlefront AND assassins creed AND Destiny: The Fallen King AND MGSV... So to the average consumer all they are gonna see is ps4, ps4, ps4. I think part of the reason it's outselling ps2 potentially is the gaming market is bigger than it was in those days, I think some people that had a wii 7/8 years ago have grown up/ gotten into gaming more and decided to buy a console and gone for ps4 - there are also plenty of people brought into gaming more by mobile phones etc. They start off as just casual gamers and slowly move into it. Having COD and Starwars battlefront advertising rights is going to do sony many favours this winter...
The single player is 30fps multiplayer will apparently be 60fps. (I'm hoping splitscreen is back in and just plays at 30 fps but we shall see...)

What pisses me off is that as the game was announced months before the deal and at an MS E3 show yet not as an exclusive at that time strongly suggests it was to be a multiplatform and MS didnt pay for timed exclusivity but more just to withold it from other consoles for a period of time.
It does more than balances it out... I mean look at the games released so far...

The actual truth of the matter is that they simply can't do what MS have done without reworking the entire game so then they remaster... The CELL was so complicated so to emulate it is a right pain I imagine some of the highest end pc's would struggle to emulate it because of it's complexity plus the ps3's processor was a beast- the current gen has moved to relying more on gpu than cpu but last gen that wasn't the case per se i believe the CELL's cpu is technically bet...
Ummm psn has been down once and had some sisues for like half an hour in past month... Seems more likely your internet service providr is to blame for your issues.... Also I bet you complin about parts of the network going down for a few hours (like account management etc) for the maintenance work and upgrades to servers etc that are meant to prevent future problems and keep the service running aswell despite the advance notice they give of these events.)
Watch dogs was odd as late as a week before they delayed and a month before original release date they were letting journalists play the ps4 and pc versions and releasing videos of the ps4 version and it looked great. Then it released 6 months later... And didn't look anywhere near as good and no explanation was given hell they tried to.are out nothing had happened however the settings were still there on Pc and worked fine. The game also felt like parts of the story might have been rearr...
My PS4 does this for shadow falls single-layer and assassins creed unity and couple of other games menu screens etc... Same issue I presume. Dodgy code?
Killzone shadow fall and the map/menu on assassins creed makes my.ps4 sound like a harrier jet is hovering in my room it's nuts but other games are fine so yeah I think it's dodgy code.

This is ridiculous... Sony have partnered to have the game made, which means they are putting in some of the money the rest will need to be provided by the development studio or whoever -that's what the kick starter was funding as a means to gauge demand.
PSN really isn't tat bad like one outage in about 3 months and it lasted a few hours (and about 1 maintenance for an evening/afternoon a month and usually your still able to play online fine) any other issues and it's likely issues on your end. An tbf an increase in price to maintain it at the USD price it was originally set as would be fair-also EU likely has more costs associated with running the network plus average disposable income in EU is higher thus prices are generally higher...
