Apparently their plans were thrown into disarray marketing wise by the outbreak. Apparently it seems they had planned alot of events around world where fans would get oppertunity to go and play stuff aswell as their usual bug press confrence with live streaming in cinemas like they did for playstation meetings but all that got put on hold. Rumour is the ps5 reveal event will likely be june 4th but that they may opt to show off the console design sooner on the ps blog.
I reckon next gen tbh but I could be mistaken.
I'm sorry I never had a game with a game breaking bug in it accross ps1, ps2, GBA, nintendo DS etc not once. And I owned a good many games accross all those platforms.
Given all xbox 'exclusives' will launch on pc. I'll be able to get them without owning a series x soo.... although I may at some point invest in one if I'd rather play on my tv on some games. But for the time being there isnt really any incentive for me todo so...

I understand avoiding spoilers but as I've been spoilt and have a good idea of what is going to happen I'm wondering where the point goes from "not spoiling the story" to deliberately misleading fans into believing they are buying a product that may infact not be what it appears to be. I got spoiled and it's so ludicrous I actually initially saw it was a joke it was only after I sas the same thing in several places I was like "surely not" and spoke to someone unknown had seen the footage. I fear that a certain creative developers remarks apparently to "not buy it if you have an issue with it" etc (despite fact my main issue isnt with the politics of it but the actual decisions made with regards to half the game and just how poor the storyline is) will result in this losing sales rather than gaining them due to controversy. Lol the single player hasn't suffered due to multiplayer development it's suffered reportedly due to the behaviour of a few people, stupid decisions and misjudging people alot. He like myself has been spoiled so we know what has been done and well you will see.
