I am aware of the PS3 being PhysX capable. Let's see if they put it to use for this version.
Although Co-op would have been sweet. But the main story experience is what's really pulling me into this game.

Buying third-party titles can be limiting. Many times "exclusive" content and games end up being timed.
They need SOLID first party studios.
Minor differences don't really get in the way of getting a great experience with a game.... unless of course, all you care about is graphics. In which case you won't enjoy the game the way you should because you'll be saying to yourself "I should have gotten the somewhat shinier version".
I really don't care. I'm not a shareholder or anything.
If they're going to conquer gaming, then bring out some good games. Because at this rate, third-party games are not gonna cut it.
And in that respect Nintendo and Sony dominate! They give me the goods.

No, not when you're playing. You won't notice differences with the naked eye.
The only way you'll see things like screen-tearing(wow huge issue /s) is if you deliberately look for these things side by side, instead of enjoying the game.

Neither version looks that good. Raven Software games haven't had graphics that I'd consider anywhere near awesome so far.
When we see PS3 to 360 games, both versions tend to look equally great.

You say Sony is copying this and that, but you failed to say how M$ is doing the same, by trying to attract the family and casual market like Nintendo has, among other things, starting with the "Mii".
