generally speaking thats true for the aaa market, because lets face it budgets for games have skyrocketed while the price for said game has stayed more or less the same. its simply better to go for the sure thing that popular then to try and make something new.
ive never get why this game gets a pass on having no story in the ACTUAL game but destiny gets shit on for the same thing. goes to show how hypocritical the gaming community is #reality

lol the FULL game was 49.99 which gave you the 6 fighters, the f2p gave you 1 fighter. sf5 is 10 dollers more with double the fighters, stages, modes and free fighters/modes coming in the future. typical entitled gamers who cant accept game budgets have skyroketed while game prices have stayed the same.
story in a loot game is like story in a porno, its expected to be there but not that important. gameplay is king and destiny has the best fps mechanics ever programmed. division is fun but feels like splinter cell conviction with a loot system
