i got knifed as i dropped a guy into second chance. not sure if it was lag or not, but i was pretty sure i saw the animation for him dropping and being on his back in mid-air while i was knifed. whatever really happened, i was pissed lol and yeah, they really need to nerf that effing rc-car. either make it slower, weaker, have less radius, and/or make it a 4-5 kill streak reward. SOMETHING. full credit going to the person who drops a second chance user is a good idea too.
