as much as i want this one, i'd really want a predator one more... after playing through the other avp, it just made me wonder why they didn't just make a solo pred game.
the only thing that really turns me off about the yakuza games is the fighting system... i don't think it's horrible, but it could definitely use some refinement.
i think the style looks good~ hopefully it's got some substance to go with it.

this has got to be one of the worst things introduced to the gaming community EVER.
killswitch wasn't the first, but it's the first one that tried to make cover more of an offensive, action-based move as opposed to just a defensive one. winback and the old splinter cell were more for stealth, and popping out when no one knew you were there.
killswitch started the whole cover system, and "pop and shoot" mechanic craze. gears can get away with it because it's arguably the best cover system to-date. it has its issues, but for the most part it's pretty good.
does this game have the classic transformer designs? i really, really want those back lol
of course it'll still be "around" in 2014. whether or not it's still a major console is another story.
everyone knew these games were coming anyways, so it's not really spoiling anything. also, if sony still has stuff to unveil, like, good stuff... holy crap.

i'd really like to play this game on the hardcore right out of the gate, but i have a feeling that the enemies won't be balanced/scaled properly to compensate for it.
