Thanks for proving my point.
The article seams to point the blame on Sony's competitive engineers who care more about the art of hardware then being profitable, bad management and too many liabilities.
I agree that those are some serious issues that need to be rectified immediately, but lets not forget the big picture here.
Samsung as a company has done more to cut Sony's market share then anyone else. They manufacture pretty much everything Sony does, except dedicated game cons...
I'll buy one if i see great games that i can't get anywhere else, that's the power consoles have over us..
Exclusive content.
I think this game looks awesome, Let's just hope it plays as good as it looks :)
I think some people are going to very disappointed when next generation arrives. Of course we want great graphics but let's be realistic folks, There is a limit on what can be achieved with a $400-$500 Console.
nevertheless I'm still very much excited to see what's next :)
It'll drop further in the next year or so me thinks. I agree it should have been $99.99
You know what i took away from that letter?
"paid add-on content"
Mario kart additional tracks and characters anyone?
Additional brawl stages and characters anyone?
New crazy platformer levels for new super Mario brothers U anyone?
Nintendo could do dlc right if they play their cards right, it could open up a ton of revenue for their franchises.
It could be really cool..just say'n :)
This game looks good. I didn't pay too much attention to it before, but I'm warming up to it now.
Hopefully we get more details and coverage.
Yeah this game looks pretty good. This and Splinter cell: blacklist look like the best two Ubisoft games so far this year for me.
Wow that is the really ugly. Not was I was expecting them to do at all.
I bet it looks way better in person too. wonder what sound effects they'll use?
I'll be surprised if OUYA actually becomes a mass-produced commercial product. Manufacturing can bring many unforeseen obstacles.
I wish them the best. The industry is growing stagnate and anyone who's been playing games as long as i have knows it.
who knows what innovations a little silver cube could bring.
Imagine what could be done with such a flexible platform.
I can't wait to see what "develops".
Well that sucks. but they're busy with the new trilogy and all so i guess i understand.
I'm more concerned about the game play elements then the graphics.
on topic: The graphics look alright but i admit they aren't as impressive as Resident evil 5.
It would be nice if 343 released halo 2:anniversary for the 360. all the rumors seem to suggest that it would be a launch title for the new Xbox in 2014.
Followed by Halo 5 in 2015. But really who knows what's going to happen, 343 could sell way more copies of halo 2:Anniversary to 360 gamers then they would to early adopters of the new box hardware.
I'd rather play it on Xbox 360 myself. how bout you guys?
I can't believe Iwata had the presence of mind to answer that question with a straight face and not burst out laughing.
But let's be real, some of the best ideas sound totally ridiculous at first so...
This really sucks guys i was really looking forward to RE6 and now I'm just pissed off and disappointed.
I should have known even Capcom couldn't beat what they did with RE4.
That game was one in a million.
I'm actually surprised they might try to charge for a "deep level" of online functionality.
Whatever that means.
Well at least we know how much and when. The included HDMI cable is a nice bonus.
