Open world games usually run at 30. I like the fact that it's a locked 30 instead of uncapped. I'll take a locked 30 over an uncapped 60 any day.

I'm super happy we're getting more tracks at a great price. I never liked the controls or pricing scheme for On Tour

Yeah I agree with him. Digital distribution is a slippery slop. Not only do you not own the game but platform holders can take It off the storefront for any reason or edit or sensor it at any time.

One of the reasons why Nintendo doesn't compete technologically is because they are in the business to sell hardware and accessories at a fair profit.
They do this by using non cutting edge tech that has a higher profit margin then bleeding edge.
They know all their first party titles are system sellers so they leverage their IP to sell consoles instead of
trying to profit on the games and sell their systems at a loss. We all know this stuff.

Sounds like damage control to me. My guess would be they know the PS5 is louder than Xbox Series X and they want to control the narrative by promising to fix it post launch.
I'm not saying its a bad idea just the timing is awfully suspicious imho.
I think in this instance the term clone is the best descriptor for Genshin Impact. I don't mean that in a negative way either.
If it was billed as a Zelda-like for example people might think it was more like OOT than BOTW.
I've been playing it on PS4 and it's so far it has been a good experience.
Hopefully we get a sequel.
