There are some cheap but very good games there. But if you buy or play the newest games ASAP, yeah, the sale doesn't really do much.
To be fair (kinda) to EA, Codemasters has been releasing a racing game every year for a long time now.
I honestly do not get these "special editions" that don't include the game. Like, why not just include it? Maybe just to lower the price?
I think it sold enough that it's a lucrative franchise. Embracer is slowly becoming a a massive publisher that could rival Acti/EA/Ubi soon.
I think VR is a given. I mean, I couldn't even play RE7 with VR since it was too scary. LOL! I played it normally but man, RE7 was one of those games that made me feel VR was another step of immersion.
The new news here is a new studio was formed for the game...
Definitely worth it at that price. The main complaint most had with it was it wasn't that differnt from The Div 1.

Same. I'd have preferred RE2Remake's POV, but with how well RE7 turned out, I trust Capcom. Hopefully, we can get a third-person view one soon (a new one not a remake). :)
That's exactlyt it: $$$. There's too much $$$ left on the table for devs and pubs to NOT release it on last-gen consoles. I do hope we move on from this soon though, since Cyberpunk has proven that PS4/XB1 are so dated that games are being held back.
Depends. If you like third-person MP, then yeah definitely. If not, then I don't think so, since if you're playing it for SP, there are better ones out there.

That's my fear too. Star Wars collect-athon and endless side quests that feel the same. I do think Ubi has learned their lesson but I can imagine that Star Wars being a big enough title that they think they can pull these stuff again.
I'd much prefer Levolution return than see Behemoths, and other gimmicks be announced. This one affected gameplay without being annoying.xD

Yep. And this is why Sony took the other one down. That said, there are loads of third-party peripheral makers, so I don't see how they can do that forever unless they want everything to be first-party only.
Maybe have a "noob pool" for starting players? Until that player improves, keep them there. Crysis 2 did something similar which I don't know why it wasn't copied by other devs.
Putting players on high ping matches just to make them be matched up with evenly-skilled players is BS. I have to wait long match times and constantly get put into 100-140ms matches. I have to quit out and then accept the L.

I personally am OK with it since it's giving people awareness for something important and games are played by millions of people...so it makes sense.
