I think they are going to try and bank on the Baldur's Gate name to try and squeeze some money from it. I mean, if they can't get a good developer behind it, they will drive the name into the ground, no?
More often than not, it is that. I mean, unless fanboy BS review bombing, you can see a mile away usually.
Most likely. Sony doesn't really make MP games, and the concept art definitely looks like it's for an SP character,no?
Yeah, doubt that, too. LOL! This guy dreaming. He didn't even deserve to be drafted.
Yes, Just say "we don't want our first-party IP appearing on Xbox." Then done.
Have you read his replies?? He is even explaining how his rationale is correct...
LOLOL!
But you can't develop a game with sauna elements UNLESS you've been in a sauna with a game dev...preferably naked.
Very. Kudos to the dev who thought of this. Honestly surprised people went for it. LOL!
Same. I dig that linear open-world type (ie. Ragnarok) than full open world.
It did look a bit repetitive. I watched the entire thing and thought, "I sure hope we can level up and do more than this."
This is probably my most anticipated game for Xbox. I don't usually use my Series X, but I will for this one.
I love the Gears franchise. Back then, it was the definition of "next-gen" for me when it launched.
Yep. Kind of weird since it wasn't a sales flop, no?
I know we have to take what Ross says with a grain of salt since we're hearing just one side of the story, but even so, the game wasn't bad at all. Heck, it's my brother's favorite last-gen game from what I recall.
The amount of zombies on screen, imagine that with the PS5 and SSD? That would be insanely fun!
I wouldn't be surprised if it is.
It's fun. It's like COD but with character abilities. Best thing is it's F2P, so barrier for entry is non-existent.
One can argue that R6 Siege, For Honor, etc. are proof that their business model work, no?
Well, to be fair, they did pump out good open world games before. It was used as a template so much that people now know what it means when you say it's like an Ubi open world collectahon.
That's not a bad observation.
I forgot how many times I got lost because the mini map was horrendous. It doesn't tell you if place is on a different plane, and it should have a marker if you've already been there or unexplored. That said, the overall story and whatnot are so good.
I hope they don't make it hard to get into for franchise newbies. I'm coming in without any knowledge of the first game.
I hope DICE has learned their lesson and the next BF game is a true-blue Battlefield game. I can handle the live service BS as long as it's not predatory, and the gameplay is good.
