It all depends on the developer though. I mean, this "remake" was absolutely not needed.
Sex sells? Lol!
I think the main concern of most is, it's still hard to get a console. I mean, you stil have to jump through hoops and whatnot most of the time. That said, I am all for games moving forward to next-gen already.
Because they can? This makes no sense though. Why damage your rep at all with this and it's so small of a thing to even do.
Yep and it adds spice to the game overall. I doubt anyone wants an exact beat by beat remake.
And not to mention, devs can announce one thing, it can get pulled, and fans would riot. Like, it's not as easy as just announcing everything you have.
Perhaps EA gauging if something shifted after S1? It was a step in the right direction though
Most likely set, as there is no way Sony has no big holiday game planned. Ragnarok is that game or they’d have announced something in its place already.
Yep. Same. Played a few rounds and it is faster, but a lot of things are stuff they can just patch in?
Ah, well, it is F2P so the player base should be healthier.
Don't think it'll matter to be honest. Like, I expect there to be reskins of the same enemy, so it won't feel like we're just fightting the same monster over and over. Plus, given what we've seen so far, it looks to be super tension-filled, so you'll probably focus on that before ogling enemies.
I mean, Dead Space didn't have that many enemy types, no? But I didn't notice it since I just wanted to get rid of those long armed assholes ASAP. ...
Really, really doubt that. Out of anyone I know who played this, no one has ever mentioned GRR. Heck, most don't even know he's involved.
No one said that. This is just a new-ish character (not entirely new, but kinda new)...
So weird why they would do this. I mean what's the point? To "refresh" the game for players?
Hopefully they are making it next-gen only since they are doing crazy stuff visually and with the added horsepower. I mean, that makes sense, right? No way they'd alienate millions of last-gen players/buyers.
I agree. I mean, I can kinda make sense of Nightwing pooping a glider out of nowhere, but Hood just teleporting around seems kinda out of place. Couldn't he just do that in combat and never get hit then?
Sadly, yes.
They need to make sure a new BF game is filled with loads of content. I mean, fans are burnt, and you want to make sure you come at listening to fans and making sure they are happy before they even think of MTX or what have you.
BF3 Remastered is a good first step, no?
I honestly thought this would be delivered as a firmware update. I mean, Sony even said that the console should be connected to the net, which meant to me that it would need that to be able to download a software update.
Honestly, even BFV with all its faults is better. BF2042 just tried to be different too hard. EA should have just released it as its own game.
Not odd but creepy. Lol!
