You very well may be right. But what bf3 imo is set to accomplish. Will be to expose the chink in the dragons armor. Getting many millions of people to start talking battlefield at the water cooler won't happen overnight.
But what you will get is an entire platform of gAmers from the pc and a small but very vocal community of ps3 gamers supporting bf3. I

I dont mind kill cams either way. But to the battlefield community that's borrowing from cod. To borrow from CoD leaves an uneasiness to the bf diehards.
seriously though. If you're watching kill cams your 1v1 individual skill probably blows and you'll more than likely lose again. If you hate kill cams. That probably means you're camping. How people have fun in fps's by watching a door for 5 minutes is beyond me.

I'm gonna pre-order 2 for my pc's and 1 for my 360 and ps3 as well! can't wait it's just $10 bucks right?! that's just lunch for each game.
So if I skip a weeks worth of lunch and cut back on gas I'll be able to keep my copies up to date! OH Wait! there's also all those other DLC packs that's just 10 bucks /nerdgasm!

I believe they used bf2 on low no AA as a comparison. bf2 still looks as good as games made today, not high production games but comparable.
