The great thing about pc gaming is. When one developer steps out of line. There are 10 more willing to take his spot. As we saw from DICE/EA. Activision/IW trying to kill off dedicated servers must have caused a massive scramble for other pc devs to come out and grab the marketshare that IW just lost.

IW just made the decision for 4 of us.

IW has decided to cut their ties with PC gamers. I don't blame them for the money is in the console. This essentially lets them focus on consoles with their future titles.

It's also the first "most critically acclaimed" game in all my years of gaming that just seems meh to me. I could very easily go out and rent it but it really does just seem meh.
I think the lack of quality across all platforms this gen may be the cause of this.
