1 - The advertising for Reach is ridiculous, MS can't be matched in that department.
2 - Halo or Bungie? Bungie's reputation is one of the best in the industry.
3 - Halo 3 is still being played as we speak, double/triple that and you've got Reach.

as far as Halo is concerned. Many of 343's members are former Bungie employees, which has been said time and time again.
