Microsoft's reasoning for no day 1 digital releases was the same, to keep retail happy. It is bull. So much cost is eliminated from their side and yet insist on charging EXTRA.
What about considering that digital also means bandwidth usage? some people have a cap and that stuff ain't cheap and so to be ripped off like this is not cool.

I bet if the metascore was say 85, you wouldn't agree with IGN's 8.
I've noticed how almost every PS game that doesn't score well is always at least 5 or 10 points higher than the metascore to the PS fan. Knack is at least a 7, KZ is at least an 8, Ascension is at least an 8.5 and so on.
Disagree even more. If a game is going to have a single player campaign, it better be worth a damn. Killzone has great lore but it doesn't translate in the games. The back story is already there, GG just suck rope at storytelling.
Being an FPS is not an excuse for lackluster story,games like Far Cry 3 and Half Life can attest to that. KZ's problem is that it doesn't get anything but graphics spot on.
