Dude bottom line is if the X1 can get to 900p 30fps for AC UNITY then the PS4 clearly should be able to push it further then 900p 30fps!!

AC4 on PS4 was superior after the patch which brought it up to native 1080p 30fps because Sony paid for exclusive content and promoted the game/paid for marketing!
With AC UNITY Microsoft is paying for content/marketing and now both games have parity? LOLOL obviously if ubisoft would of made the X1 version better then the PS4 version they would of been too obvious! because every one knows X1 cannot perform better then the PS4...
