Yup this was one of the issues we had with the game. The actual game was a fun game to play. Not bad at all. But forcing the stop motion effect is silly. Turning off motion blur, film grain too. These should be universally turned off if the player chooses. Or at system level, it should be an option. I always turn all of these off. But don't let it stop you from playing the game, you only need to put up with it in cinematics, eventually you likely wont even notice it.

Yes I feel the series s gets a bad rep, its a nice little console and is small and easy to travel with, prior to getting my Switch 2, my series s was what I took with me when traveling for work purposes. I feel Capcom are to be commended for doing an excellent job on all versions of the game.
Agree with this completely and this is the problem. Its Xbox to blame, they need to get their shizzle together and fight back. I don't want Sony becoming that arrogant Sony we had back at the launch of PS3. Granted they turned it around by the end and we as gamers got another amazing generation of games. PS4 was the GOAT.

I agree, I was a little annoyed that they didn't keep it like classic resi but its a game plus nonetheless. You do get to unlock guns using CP which do carry over.
