Really it’s one of those things that would really benefit if Microsoft/Sony for once just dropped certification standards and just sold together on a wheel that would work for Forza and Gran Turismo across all platforms/ maybe even PC and 👍 the like 😑

I been planned on getting a new switch still for when since still after when I sold my old v1 model one when the price was surging (sold it for $350). Controllers a disappointment though. I might still since, instead of the v2, get this one just bc of the kickstand, that’s the only reason I can care enough to justify still getting this one over the v2 version

And i think it’s because the left stick is meant for forward and backward movement (primarily forward) so the way it positions your hand at rest it’s very easy to effortlessly push your thumb forward without stretching your thumb. The other hand is mostly for moving side to side and the more placement of your hand in the more open position makes it easier to move your thumb like that. Bc PS5 reportedly has unified cache on like zen 3 and XSX reportedly does not. Big factor in cpu latency n therefore framerate

Me too I will always prefer asymmetrical thumbsticks and they are missing out not providing one as an option but I get it Sony has to maintain its marketing image. Just wish they’d grow up, also the little domes on the insides of the thumbsticks is less than ideal, there’s a reason why we see plenty of third party Xbox style PlayStation controllers not the other way around.
Everybody wants GTA 6 to be a next gen exclusive there’s nothing wrong with them pushing their last big game to the next gen if they are going to cut the last gen out next game
