I think its worth it.
I've owned both since the launch of both services. There are things about live that I absolutely love.
1. Cross game chat. Trying to gather a group of friends to play a shooter is much easier, and the ability to talk to only my friends in a party chat is great.

IMO, Nintendo is trying very hard to capatilize on the whole letter thing like Apple did. I think they are expecting U to be viewed like I is for Apple. U need to check ur internet connection. I have verizon fios, and I never have a problem downloading anything. The problem isn't with plus. It's with ur internet connection.

I own both systems. I have more friends on xbox getting this title. Not to mention party cross game chat and party chat in general. Imo, the chat system is vastly better on xbox. I love both systems. Each bring something to the table, but for chat, xbox all the way. Not to mention I can stream my own music in the background of any game. Nothing like listening to some good music in the background of some multiplayer. Add that with friends, party chat, and I'm going xbox on this one.

I've gotten my Live from Amazon.com for 34.99 for the past 4 years. Just gotta catch the sale. I wouldn't pay the full price. Amazon always has it on sale.

It's funny that COD has gone from a respected franchise to a pimped out Hollywood street lady in just a few years. I can't wait to see the COD true Hollywood story on E!
Why would they change ANYTHING? It's all about the money, and aslong as kids, soccer moms, and jock's girlfriends keep playing this steaming pile of rehashed trash dog crap, they will keep making the same exact thing. COD is the equivelant of 80's hair metal bands. We will look back on it and just laugh. Its that bad. And no! Popular does not mean good.
After last year's MW 2.5, Treyarch comes back strong with its own version of Black Ops 1.5. They went out of their way to use the same engine from 2005, so people "used" to the yearly iterations of COD won't get upset that their only game has changed. I'll be here in 2013 for COD Black Ops 1.75 also. Bring it on. OLD ASS EXCUSE OF A GAME. Hopefully all the kids, girls, and jocks that don't play games loves it because real gamers don't.
