Xbox is down a big game this holiday now. That's ok, because they just spin things however they want anyway. I'm not a fanboy, but listen to this(and it's the truth). COD 4 is a great game on both systems. There is no denying that. The 360 version streams everything off the disc, and the PS3 version has a manditory install. I've Played both versions at length, and when it comes to this subject the PS3 version wins. Installs help save the life of the optical drive. By pulling info from the hard drive, the optical drive doesn't have to work as hard. That improves the life cycle of the drives. Microsoft, IMO, made a mistake by not including some sort of hard drive in every model, so of course they like to knock the installs. I firmly believe that Resistance can pull this off. Xbox is comparing a second generation(very highly hyped) game to a PS3 launch title. The outcome was closer than Microsoft probably wanted. They were both excelent games, yet Resistance was a launch title. We'll see what happens, but I'm leaning towards the PS3 on this one.

I used to own a 360 and a PS3. I've had both sinch they launched. My 360 got the RROD three times. The third one was a falcon model, so that didn't make a difference for me. After the third RROD, I sold my 360. Now I only own a PS3, and I haven't had a single problem at all. I leave it on all the time too. I'm not biased. I have all the systems. I own UFC 2009 on PS3. I was gonna trade in my PS3 version for the 360 (only because I have more friends on 360), but now I think I'll get the PS3 version.
