Just cause a game has higher player count does not mean that specific console/game is superior. So what is PS3 has a 256 players in one game...... if the game sucks and there is no one playing it?
Frontlines on the 360 had 50 player count and when there was that many people playing it was chaos, unorganized fragfest, and definitely not fun.
Anyways, would yor precious UC2 be a better game if it was 20x20 ..... No, just as Gears is perfect for me a 5x5 or Halo 8x8. ...

I think PS is trying to entice people to sign up with free games, thems, wipeout HD, etc etc ....
But after a couple months I think ps owners are going to realize, the regular FREE psn service isnfine enough so ..... I would expect Sony to have a very similar service in the near future as LIVE where gamers have to pay some fee to play online because Sony is really losing out on a ton of $$$

I have a Wii and never considered getting DS extraction cause of the reviews even though Dead Space is up there on my list of best games released this gen.
I don't have a PS3, but now I'm thinking if I should try it on the Wii ....anyone else here played it on the Wii?
MS won't drop the price until the Halo train passes so...
I think in November when Kinect is released, MS will drop the price of the current 360S and make that the arcade model at $199,
And the bundled 360s with Kinect will be the new elite at $299.
And of course the Kinect add-on for $99
After that, it's a wrap and will probably start even outselling the Wii.
Well ... I guess I'm the minority here, but I'm hoping for the next Xbox by the latest 2012.
I bought my 360 at launch, so that would be 7 years with the same console. Sorry, but that's more than sufficient time for Next Gen.
Think about it .... Xbox 360 and PS3 are like 4-5 times more powerful then last Gen ..... Can you imagine the Next Gen consoles being 4-5 times more powerful then the current gen! How can you guys be gamers and not be excited about ...

I know I'm buying it day one .... But I do got friends that are more casual gamers that don't think they are buying it cause how lamenthey thought ODST was.
And then there is my 13yr old kid, who used to be the biggest halo fanatic, and him and his friends just want COD black ops.
I guess MS is really gonna have to hype Reach the way they did for Halo 3 to get people back on board.
A Halo with Master Chief would have sold without a doubt.
But I'm sure MS is already working on Halo 4 with Master Chief hopefully to be a launch game for the next Xbox in 2012 the latest.
I have a feeling Bungie + MS shot themselves in the foot with ODST last year .... It really turned off a lot of people paying full price for a game that I feel wasn't as great as the other Halo's.
