You are correct in the legal sense, but I tend to believe society should expect freedom of speech in our daily lives as well. I do not like companies (although yes they do have a right) deciding what I am or am not allowed to say. I would think most reasonable people would agree diversity of thought is important, regardless of whether you agree with what is said.

As of right now, it's only coming to PS3 and 360. It may come out on PC at a later time similar to GTAIV though.
Red Dead Redemption is indeed a great game, but that may be overdoing it a bit...
