Nice tips.
I'm stuck on a boss in one of the Depth four Chalice Dungeons. I'm level 140 right now and I'm having trouble with Amygdala in the Defiled Chalice for some reason. I just don't remember it being this hard when I was coasting through Nightmare Frontier. I think I only tried it twice though. Both times "one shot" jump attack that killed me instantly. I don't have a weapon that could use bolt paper either to help me out. I may go online and see if someone will help ...
Bloodborne is also my game of the year as well. I'm still playing it daily. It is one of the only open world games that I actually wanted to go back and do it all over again. I have The Witcher 3 as well. Which is a good game, I just didn't like its combat system what so ever. I've never felt so distant from a fight.
The map is good size, but way too much dialog in the game itself for my liking. Too many collectables. Out of the 1,569,154 items/consumables you ...
So the guys that go 79-12 can play other guys that's 79-12 instead of playing me 32-16. Yeah I like that.
"You don't get 80 kills a game now? It's a shame isn't it."
Bloodborne is mine. From Software style of no going back compaired to being able to load your last six save files from The Witcher 3 just made TW3 seem easy.
Well in Febuary I purchased Bloodborne. This game was so good. I had never seen a combat system like that before and it really left a mark on me atleast. The mysteries that surround the games story and lore are pretty good. From Softwares style is very unforgiving compaired to pretty much any open world game that isn't made by them. All the other open world games you can go back and change things, Bloodborne.....you make a choice, you live with it. Took me a while to get used to that, but...
The Witcher 3 cared, all 118 hours of dialog. Pretty much why I had to put that game down for a while. I like it okay, I'm not big on its combat system. Of course I'm more of a combat type RPG'er (Bloodborne) than I am listening to 118 hours of dialog. I feel so distant from the fight in The Witcher 3.
I just looked at that box art and my character died. Dang, I have a feeling this will be a tough one.
On a 55" LED, I'm taking the highier resolution everytime. When you own all the consoles you have choices in your gaming life instead of being shackled to one console. My gaming life has never been easier owning all the consoles.
For me then, its looking like a PS4 buy for sure when the game is finshed and ready. I'm just going to guess now and say the PS4 version will probably have better resolution than X1. I think more than just me, can see that coming.
I can agree with that list even though I never played Fallout 4 or Life Is Strange. Which the only reason I didn't get Fallout 4 is because I'm only half way through The Witcher 3 and I can't seem to get back into it. So I didn't want to start another huge open world just for the fact I have so much already invested in The Witcher 3. Season Pass and the C.E. strategy guide, I have some dollars in TW3.
Needless to say I'm on my second playthrough of Blood...
Crap, I gotta still find all collectables on A Thiefs End. I haven't touched Drake's Deception yet. I completly finshed and did all collectables on Drake's Fortune. I'm around 31% complete with Rise of The Tomb Raider. I better get on it.
Nathan Drake and Lara Croft need to have a game together, where you switch off between the two. Like in Assassin's Creed: Syndicate or something. Story spoiler: Nathan and Lara bang at the end. Great game.
It's a good game. Probably my favorite A.C. But............Bloodborne, The Witcher 3.....?
Hard to compete with those.
Bloodborne is so dark. Probably the darkest game I ever played. Nothing happy happens in the game and I love that for once. Christmas theme? Okay I dig.
Bloodborne was my game of the year.
Couldn't be more right boys. This game is so good.
Its all good unless Sony cares about deadlines.
Sony: "He will get all his projects done in a timely fasion".
If not Sony might have to let him go and hold him accountable.
Hasn't this happened already?
This is probably the first time I heard of Unreal Engine 4 working on a project..............today. Seems like every day I hear something regarding that engine and some company. They just confuse me with how many projects it has going on. They are just starting to feel like a broken record now. They are not light years ahead of other engines so.............why can't they just work on things like all the other engines and just shut up.
Example: How many times have you h...
I have to agree with "what games/exclusives are better for you". I'm more of a The Last of Us, Uncharted, Bloodborne, Infamous type player than I am Halo, Gears of War, or Forza. I do own Sunset Overdrive, Dead Rising 3 and Ryse, they are good games and I enjoy them, but I just like PS4 exclusives better up to this point in both consoles life cycles.
But if you buy both consoles you get both of the best worlds. I mean, I get to play Uncharted: The Nathan Drak...
I will never finish The Witcher 3 as well. Don't feel bad your not the only one. I am about half way through the game according to other players. Haven't touched the DLC yet and I have the season pass as well along with the C.E. hardcover Strategy Guide. I have alot invested in this one game.
The main reason why I haven't been into TW3 is simple though: Bloodborne
I of course purchased Bloodborne at release and then there after in May I got TW...
