No one here is thinking what I'm thinking I guess. Remember the day when the Wii came out and everyone was into it. Then it fell...... off the map. Xbox 360 came out with Kinect.......it never reached the status of the Wii and then it fell off the map............PS Move.....was it even a thing? Now everyone is into VR...........History will repeat itself and it will fall as well. Depending on the price, it might fall faster than Kinect/PS Move did.
We like our consoles ...
This wan't my game of the year, mine was Bloodborne, but......its a really good game. Its the only game in the house me, my wife and son can all play, take turns frequently when level switches of course.
I'm not good at making the courses yet. But fun for the whole family.
I know how he feels. NO Fallout 4 for me. I can't even find time to finish The Witcher 3 and I've had it since release. Oh yeah, and Bloodborne.......its a really good game, I can't seem to stop playing and move on. Still in the Chalice Dungeons then off to the DLC. I got my character level up to 173. I hope its enough for the DLC area. I'm running through Depth 5 Chalices with only minor issues with the bosses of course. Running with guys Online is great. Especially in the Ch...
I have both consoles and I'm happy with both.
Xbox One gave me Rise of The Tomb Raider in November of 2015 and PS4 gives me multiplatform/exclusives I like. I'm just not a Halo/Gears of War kind of player anymore.
I'm interested in Crackdown 3. If it lives up to expectations, I will get it as well.
"Says the guy that only finished with two one third Umbilical Cords"
Well maybe you found all four but I doubt it. Bloodborne is deep but alot of areas are easily missed in the game.
To each his own. I just choose combat over narrative/weak combat.
I think we can all agree the vast majority that played TW3 and Bloodborne. Bloodborne always seems to be there favor as well. Its funny only the player's that haven't played it, down on it. The ones that have played both that prefer TW3.....just don't like a challenge.
From Software players really do stand out from the rest. We love the challenge when other players fear it.
That's why we love From Software and why they stand out to us than other developers. We like the challenge. We like not having a gps to point us in every direction. We like not having a map.
Every open world game today hands you everything on a silver platter (gps, map, objective list) From Software style, you make a decision you stick withit. No reloading one of your last six auto save files (The Witcher 3) so you can go back and change things.
Bloodborn...
LOL.
This is the only Tom Clancy game I'm looking forward to. Not playing Seige Six or Division.
----------Above is the start of my post--------------
I have Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. I like that they pulled off 1080p 60fps, the game looks great and the gameplay is very "I do what I want." Which is great. The game is good for a stealth shooter but I think the only way they pulled off 1080p 60 FPS on PS4 is the fact that the map is so stripped down to nothing. No wildlife, just bare and bland. Its the weakest open world map I have ever seen on any game...
When it comes to "Game of The Year" talks of course not everyone is going to agree but its nice to hear other players highs and lows for there picks. I'm usually on the other side of the fence with what games players are usually picking every year as there game of the year. Take this year for instance, same deal.
Everyones game of the year this year seems to be The Witcher 3. I can see why. I have it. I played it for while. Haven't finished it yet of cours...
All I know is I get to play Drake's Fortune, A Thief's End, Drake's Deception, Tomb Raider D.E., Rise of The Tomb Raider, and Uncharted 4 all in a six month period for the first time.
Worked out great for me. They could have put a gopher on the box art and I would have still bought it. LOL
What kills me is players bag on this game for its game length when other linear games are shorter than this and took no flack like The Order 1886 took. I know it had more than the usual cut scenes, but other games are just as short as this.
example: Ryse: Son of Rome - 9.5 hours in length on average
Until Dawn - 8 hours in length on average
Mortal Kombat X - 4.5 hours " " "
I don't own The Order 1886, but I...
Isn't that the month Dark Souls 3 comes out? I guess I'm getting both the same month.
Remastered with all three games. Take my money. I'm for it.
Server update would be nice. An option to be able to play new DLC maps for Hardcore modes would be nice. If you just play Hardcore mode they have to offer you never get new maps, atleast thats how its been with past CoDs.
Nice. I'll subscribe.
I can agree with that ^^^^^ - It was nice to be able to play tapes and all, but it would get annoying pretty quick when you would try to listen in on something and the tape would still be playing. I have this game and I liked it okay. But just okay. I think this game keeps winning "sound/music" awards becasue thats basically the only award they can think of to give them, so people won't call too much "Bullsh*t" becasue the rest of the game is just a small margin being ...
What kills me is the fact that they can only give you a snow option around the holidays instead of them just giving you the option to jump on a snow map year round. They are worse than CoD and Activision not giving more game modes year round instead of weekend only deals.
I haven't picked up GTA V since the first week of the Heists update release this year or last, its been so long I can't even remember. Too many other great games out right now and then to give any...
I wish I had the axe for that fight. I ended up using those tips you guys gave me and it worked out pretty good. Finally me and another player took out Amygdala. The only Plus Ten weapon I have so far is The Blades of Mercy. So reaching Amygdala head and arms was a treat. I had to pretty much just jump in, get some hits, jump right back out.
Seems like I just got some new outfit the other night. This must not have been out yet. Yes, more tombs are always welcome.
