The Last Guardian does look okay. But at most, a platformer that shines I think. I'm sure we will be wowed by something the game has to offer. But I'm guessing less than ten hours of play at most and thats pushing it. These are all predictions, don't take it to heart. But its a platformer so not much to be expected content wise.
If platformers float your boat more than open world/linear beasts, to each his own. You like what you like and this may be your game of...
I can see how people would not like some games. But it seems like everyone on here that is listing games......are all games I enjoy. LOL. Pretty much, you can count on one hand the number of great games based off movies or movie games. Goldeneye is the exception on N64 but not many more.

Looking forward to what Hidetaka Miyazaki brings to the table in his next installment. I played Bloodborne and its DLC all last year and I just finished Dark Souls on X1 B.C. I have found that pretty much until "your game" hits this list, you really don't care much about B.C. It is not a huge factor in your gaming life. But as soon as your game hits...........its turns out to be a awesome feature. I didn't pay any mind to B.C. until Dark Souls hit the list. 200 hours later......I finished it and it may be my favorite game of all time. Running through DSII: Scholar of the First Sin on PS4 now.

The Last Guardian at best for me is an platformer that shines. Thats about it. I don't think its anything too special like everyone is thinking. I mean, just in the past years, we have seen a pile of great platformers. Limbo, ect. I just don't think this game is going to be that game that we all "WOW" over.

I have this on PS4........its a framerate mess and this is coming from someone that usually overlooks mild hickups in games. This is a trainwreck. Every wing suit, alot of explosions at once. Really anything stressful, graphic wise, is a mess. Ever since the last update.....its like things got worse and the update was to improve framerates...........I think they made them worse.
I sat this game down over two months ago.......it still not getting picked back up until fixed....
Its the best running Dice first person shooter they had ever had on these consoles. Really fun game modes as well. Extraction is probably now my favorite game mode of all time. Its on the Outer Rim DLC for Battlefront. The visuals are out of this world good as well.
Coming from someone that plays CoD, this game is good. Probably better than CoD.

This is not just a CD Project Red issue either..........its an entire industry issue.
Just Cause 3 is a good game if they can ever fix the framrates on there. Even guys using DX12 on PC says it is a mess. Which made me feel a little better knowing its just not PS4 and X1.
I will be buying both and a 4K tv. Time to start uping my credit limit I guess. LOL. Its all good, if PS4.5 plays my games better than PS4 (stable framerates), its really a no brainer for me. I want the new Xbox because it sounds atleast spec wise very nice for a console gamer like myself.
The Atlas George map is a headache though. Its too hard to spot enemies with all the "pop" colors on the map. Domination is okay on it.
Neo will sell good especailly if they add B.C. feature for the console. It would also steal the show at E3 if they made the B.C. announcement for Neo like Microsoft did last year with there B.C. announcement.

Don't we get DLC as well for U4 down the road. Thats why we got the season pass, right? Probably prequal material, which I'm fine with.

Well, Assassin's Creed is going with it and I'm not going to knock either until I see both.
I think its great as well. Its a nice change of pace form the other multiplayer games I'm used to playing. The 60fps is so smooth and fast compaired to the single player 30 fps. It reminds me of Uncharted: A Nathan Drake Collection movement alot. Oh yeah, Uncharted: TNDC is 60 fps.
The single player is great for the story of the series though. Yes, I think it looks outstanding for a linear title.
Bloodborne was my game of the year last year. The Old Hunters was great DLC as well. But even me hopes From Software just goes new IP for there next installment. I followed the story in Bloodborne pretty well. A sequal would be okay I guess, wouldn't make much sense. I think a prequal is a better idea. But I would just rather From Software go with something completly new, with those same formulas instead.
