As long as it remains a good value im all for it. I’d pay $10 more a month to have more good games on it. Don’t think I’d pay much more then that though because at that point I’d rather just buy the ones I want. I’m just worried about ms putting micro transactions in game pass

Hopefully the people bitching are really good at their job because if not they’re getting replaced quick. I know if it was my company and i couldn’t get people to show up I’m getting someone that will. You’re getting paid to do crap you don’t want, if it’s not worth it move on but that’s what the jobs asking for. If it’s a good job I would think people would be worried about losing there job to someone more motivated
If it really was more productive they’d do it, I’m sure there productivity during Covid was way down which is why they want people to actually show up to work
It blows my mind so many people think showing up to work is a big deal. If it’s a good job there’s plenty of hungry people looking to stand out that will gladly show up.
Honestly seems like they’re always mad, after the huge backlash I’m sure it’s changed a lot there for the better but now the employees are used to bitching and getting their way. Sometimes good leadership means having to be firm. I’ve seen superintendents that let people get away with everything and every time they get walked all over, it’s human nature

$60 for a AAA game is a bargain, I’m afraid gamepass is just a Trojan horse to get people used to mt’s. I bet they got a 5 year plan to make the games more and more bare with mt’s. Hopefully it’s because they wanted to get rid of them and not because they had to. Just spent 80 billion on studios kinda crazy if they’re just going to gut them . 10k sounds like a lot but they have a ton of employees and I bet the bottom 5% probably had it coming and this will make the rest more appreciative .I’m an union electrician and during the worst times they cut 30% of us and honestly it wasn’t hard to keep working, lot of lazy people out there
