Of course not, technically impossible and highly unlikely. Sure, an official Sony product for the tech wise unsavy would be nice. I just pointed out a technological solution already exists since you made it sound like one can't use the wireless functionality if one doesn't have built in Bluetooth.

DS4 connects via Bluetooth to any PC. Most newer games support it natively. Drivers aren't needed. For older games there is inputMapper.
