Agreed! SuckerPunch would be a great choice but didn't development on their new ip started before this deal was going down? I can't remember right now. The only thing that came to mind was Shu saying that their new ip had great "fashion choices"
I could live with an early 2017 release. With all these great games already announced to release this fall i really can't see how i should get the time to play them all.
i can't answer u that. But that will definitely not kill my hope. It might be dead when we talk about western AAA games but the japanese games market is pretty much alive and in that niche it delivers and that's what i want.
I still have to play Trails in the Sky i'm only waiting for the sequel to get a release date in the EU.
Hopefully this is a part of the Sony/Marvel deal. Just imagine all the possibilities if a skilled developer takes on the ip.
If this takes off maybe it opens the doors for more prober licensed Marvel games.
Why? This could end well. Think about the possibiltys. Let's say they Release a new Handheld in 3-4 years by now with also the same architecture as other Playstation systems. Put in the same Controlls like always and let people maybe even play games on it that where once ps4 exclusives.
That might be wishful thinking from my site but it might still be possible in the future. :)

I would call that a PR communication fail. Nothing new in this industry where every word you put out there will be measured on the former one.
I do played nearly every jrpg that geht's dropped on the Vita. I really love my little baby. That's why I want then to think about another one.

And they do share the same hardware one is just more powerful. Once Developers get used to this x86 architecture Graphic engines will be made on a much more scalable level then there made by now.
Maybe once all those bitter feelings towards it will go away people will see the benefits.

I feel in no way insulted by a new upgraded Ps4 Model. I played countless Hours on my ps4 and i'm definitely willing to pay for an upgraded version Day1. And even if i won't get one on the day it's released games will still look the same they did before. Only games on Neo Mode will look better or run better. That said The NEO will reach it's limitations one day and then it will be another console that will rise up maybe it's from sony maybe not.

Sound's to me like the backslash worries them. So another PR spinn blaming other people for their faults for calling it a beta and not an alpha in the first place.
While it could be the Consoles fault it could be reduced assets as well. Sometimes beta's go out with lower detail to make it smaller. I remember the destiny beta on ps4 which looked like sheete :p
Sony already stated that every Game will come on both versions. No need to spread such nonsense.
@game4funz: While u're right on that part the leaked documents that started this conversation in the first place stated this. Every game from now on needs a base mode and a NEO mode. So if we talk about it we should talk about everything and not just half of it.
Yeah, maybe in terms of the multiplayer but let's not forget what an awesome single player game wolfenstein the new order was. It might fall flat compared to UT or Quake but i bet the single player will be pure madness.
