Dedicated servers!!??? Only for the beta or for the full game as well? Thumbs up Treyarch!
You got one still available? Can I have, pretty please?
Dear all, I'm also desperately carving for the beta access. I will most likely buy the game but I don't do pre-orders. If any of you is nice enough, please PM me the beta code. Your name will be praised for years to come!
Sincerely yours,
Epicor, a gamer from far north
For some the "complex" contoller is an issue. E.g, my wife loves to play the original super mario on NES but refuses to even try the dualshock 4 as the learning curve is way too high for her.
Skyrim did not run "fine" at launch at leat on PS3. And it still doesn't. Bethesda never fixed the game code and as the save file becomes too big the game turns unplayable. Nevertheless I still consider Skyrim to be one of the greatest games last gen (right up there after Last of us, Mass Effect 1 & 2, MGS4, Gta5 and Uncharted 2).
That's a big jump. Anything to do with taxation in Ireland? In Finland new games have been around 60€ for a long time. Last gen was the same. Maybe even the PS2 gen as well... At least there hasn't been a notable jump in prices during this millenium.
Hello. I'm 29 and half (why are we doing this?).
Yes Yes Yes !
Not really that similar. AW had double jump which is the core reason why everyone was flying around and you could get be killed in every direction in 3d space. Black ops 3 wont have double jump and most of the action is one the groumd like traditional CODs. And maps are designed around 3 lanes like other black ops. So the gameplay will be actually closer to black ops 2 than AW.
I thought the same about Flower. And then Journey happened! :D
Yeah I know right! This article is stating the obvious.
Same here as well. Characters, music, locations, mini games, story. All these combined created the most engaging game with the true final fantasy feel in it. For me this single game represents what final fantasy is all about. It's sad that the newer games in the series have lost the magic (ffx had it moments, ffxii was utterly aweful and xiii wasn't any better).
FFIX best game period
I dig New Orleans and the 60s. But rest I'm not convinced yet. The characters look a bit dull and the gameplay so far has left a lot of room for improvements.
This is on my "most wanted games" list. Looks absolutely gorgeous and unique!
People have only limited free time in their hands. VR is going to impact traditional movies in one way or other I believe. Do you know what we would do more if we didn't have video games nor internet: we would probably go to movies, watch tv and read books more. Different types of entertaiment are all competing for our free time.
I like ice cream
Who to believe: a guy who's bread and butter is in VR or a guy who directs and produces TRADITIONAL format movies, for which VR possesses a threat (also a possibility but that demands too much from an old fart like Cameron)?
There is surely room for VR games and traditional games. Not all type of games work with VR but thoae that do greatly benefit from it. I for one am extremely hyped for Morpheus!
Ps. Normally in games swords are not dynamic meaning that they don't act as you described (think about pretty much any hack and slash) so VR game would be no different than traditional game. Maybe not truly authentic but still fun for sure.
Yep, Bethesda is the last team in the world that should even think about this. Their games are buggy as hell even with the current development cycles.
