Just saying, but I see FAR more hate on hear from the community that played the game towards those that didn't....
I think I may be the only one not sold on this game sometimes. I've watched the trailers and so far from what I've seen of combat it seems.....lackluster. The shooting doesn't look like it's going to feel responsive and the AI seems......dumb. Maybe it'll be good, I don't know. I'm wondering if they bit off more than they can chew, and it's going to be a constant slog of DLC/Xpacs/updates/patches

Personally Odyssey could have used less islands and MORE ocean. There wasn't a part on the map you couldn't see land from your boat. And for those that haven't played an AC game for awhile-I would highly recommend Odyssey---it's fantastic.

From what I understand you will need to start over. I played on PC and when it launched on Xbox One it was a new game. Some of the mechanics on console are better anyway--like the "trade board" which functions sort of like an auction house.
Also, if you haven't played in years I would highly suggest starting over anyway as the game has dramatically changed.
There is literally only 1 boss in the demo. That's it. One. While you are correct that is it not complex...I feel it is infinitely more fun than Destiny 1 and 2 put together. The Destiny games were garbage imo.

I am 100% with you on this. My first foray into RE was 5 and I loved it. Coop was a blast, and I beat it on every difficulty. Every other RE game I've tried has been garbage to me.

Entitled Generation wants entiltlement is all I see here. Whiny bunch of younger gamers that think everything should be free to play. 95% of Free to play titles suck ass for a reason. Blizzard has never once abandoned a game that has come out or stopped putting content into it. Hell, they just patched Diablo 2 and Warcraft 3 not that long ago. Everyone screams they want free to play and then move on in 3 weeks to a new game. Drives me nuts.
I have to say this has been pretty disappointing. The single player is fantastic, the multiplayer is average at best. I was hoping that the map editing and player base would provide new and fun and fresh gameplay for a long time coming. Sadly I am all around not happy with Snapmap at all. Map limitations, spawn limitations, even the fact that your key binds reset EVERY SINGLE map you download to play. It's simply all around annoying. Agree 100%. I thought the beta was average at best. Depending on which one you got 1 or 2 missions, a couple side missions and a few encounters.
The full game however has me absolutely hooked. I begrudgingly picked it up, and I can't stop playing. The sheer amount of things to do is ridiculous. The Dark Zone has fantastic fun, both pvp and pve. And I'm loving the crafting. Ubisoft nailed it.
This game is a must buy for any fan of top down ARPG's. It's amazing. Diablo 2/Diablo 3/Titan Quest/Torchlight/...all of these play a role in this game. The combat is quick and brutal, and the skill choices are insane. It's fantastic.
They can keep that modern day crap. It's boring....it only breaks up whatever story you're trying to follow, and is generally all around suck.
