You guys seem to be forgetting that you can get the dlc free by just playing the game. the only real paid dlc is cosmetic, not gameplay related.

I played and completed ffxiii. gets way more hate than it deserves imo.

i wish they would just do away with dlc. the only dlc that was a real dlc was the gta4 dlc packages bogt and the biker one. they didn't come out release day or a week after the game came out and they were full fledged games based on the gta4 engine. until another game does dlc like that, not wasting any money on anything else.
better yet, let the game come out on pc so i can just pirate the dlc. ;p

As someone who has been keeping up with the game and playing it for the past 5 months (after quitting for 6), the game is not bad. The combat system is a lot more fun than it was before due to classes being much more unique and the addition of combos.
As far as content goes, there's a decent amount of content especially if you're just starting out but if you were around for ifrit, the moogle fight is pretty much the only content along with the timesink achievements. ...
So, how many points do we get for destroying buildings and having it kill the enemy? My goals in BC2 were always to just C4 entire buildings and blowing them up with people inside.

ME1. ME2 reminded me of a filler episode of an anime. Not to mention, taking away some elements that made ME1 great was also a turn off. I mean who would rather mine planets than actually explore them?
pretty much this. No business in their right mind would want to make enemies with another business that can bring in huge profits. of course they're going to say that all of the content being used is brand spanking new.
I'm sure the modding community can bring all that stuff into the game if they wanted, especially dragon riding.
Yeah, can't wait for that either. Being able to play all kinds of emulators and what not was awesome. Wonder if they'll be able to emulate PS2 and DS/3DS on it. Would be pretty sweet. Oh, let the haters hate btw.
