How are case modders being banned? I thought it was only pirates and people who used a non MS hard drive? I dont think its possible to detect the console being opened, Not even a heat sink would red flag this to MS. The only people that got the MS Shaft are Pirates and people that bought unofficial HDDs.
You never know maybe these developers have more talent, thus making it superior to the first ;)
I have Forza 3, Im on level 36 right now I dont believe this game deserves a 5/5, a 4.5 maybe, but the game is not perfect.

Turn 10 didnt screw anybody, customers that made the decision to buy the cheap arcade sku screwed themselves. Its not like they didnt have an option. It all comes down to how hard core of a gamer you really are.
