Honestly? You're retarded and extremely delusional. What those reviews say are also based on their authors' opinions, it's not like they have a knowledge of a fooking god. And I actually said something many other people repeat when it comes to the negative sides of those games, the stuff you won't see in a (paid) reviews. Meanwhile you're the one who dislikes my comments and don't even give any counter arguments for what I've said. The fucking irony.
Sony ...
That's the point, brainiac. It's objectively impossible that 90% of the reviewers can think this game is excellent. There are greater games out there which never got so many great scores (and they're games at least, not walk-and-talk simulators for 50% of the playthrough).
I don't give a crap about xbox.
Oh, so I can't tell truth now because this is PlayStation fanboys' site and your brains can't handle anything negative about your favourite titles?
@Ceaser9857361
It was pretty childish but I can't really blame him/her because Sony's fanboys are toxic too and don't you even dare to deny that! To them every single exclusive is a god's work and if you say they're overhyping something or overscoring (like the new GoW) then they'll dislike your comment to infinite and say you're just a jealous xbox owner or that you're a simple troll.
I can understand someone giving 10/10 to this game, okay? But I'll NEVER buy that 90% of reviewers did it!!! The game is DEFINITELY not that good. Sure, the combat is enjoyable. Sure, the visuals are good/great. Sure, the story telling/direction is pretty good too. Sure, the content is decent.
But none of these positives make it 10/10 worthy, none of them make this game genuinely special (maybe except for the camera work during some of the cutscenes). Also, the game NEEDS more in...
The game looks and sounds GREAT, the directing/cutscenes' part is good/great too, but gameplay? There's a big input lag in controls and the combat itself isn't all that creative at all (in fact, there's a lot of button mashing at the beginning, especially in the rage mode). Pretty much just the axe throwing mechanic is somewhat original. Other than that it's a walk-and-talk simulator like Naughty Dog games were for years (not saying it's bad, it's just nothing spec...
The game is good, but 90% scores being 10/10s is genuinely retarded, you have to be an ABSOLUTE fanboys if you believe those. That shows that the reviewers got paid really well.
"If they mess up the feelings that centered around experiencing FFVII"
Not saying it won't feel good but it will naturally feel way different; the generational leap is too big, plus they changed combat mechanics and free roam.
Y'know, when people censor middle finger, they do so to not to see the finger at all, not details on it, lol.
Oh.
WTF?! The game is still over a week from release!!!
"In the end; Kratos, Atreus, Santa Monica and Sony gave us a perfect video game"
I already know not to read this review; there's no such a thing like perfection, especially in the gaming world. Any experienced player should know that.
@thekhurg
WTF?! Days Gone, Yakuza, U4? Who the hell gave you likes?
Yakuza is filled with tooooons of unnecessary dialogue and an overly simplistic fighting mechanics, to many people. Maybe you should play the game yourself instead of watching reviews on the net?
U4 is a climbing game with "cinematic experience" (Pssst, the game does almost everything for you and it's repetitive!).
Days Gone... well, it hasn't been released yet b...
The animations are fluid, sure, but I noticed how Spidey slows down each time he shoots another web - kinda breaks the dynamism, if you ask me.
I think it'll actually be a cross-gen game.
SickSinceSix and what does that have to do with the topic? Also, you're acting as if it wasn't a fantastic DLC or that it's the only time when a game had true ending in a DLC.
BTW, remember not knowing what has happened to Kratos after GoW3 for 6 years?
Y'know, after seeing how many dumbasses there are on this planet, I'm not even sure if you're joking.
While making completely new IPs - sure, while continuing series - big changes, even if seemingly good, can still make the game be way too different from the original, it could feel like a completely different title, which is bad, ofc.
That being said, GoW had, how many, 8 games in which you were doing the exact same thing? Not only the gameplay but the plot has started feeling tedious. For me, at least (and I did't even play every single one of these games).
Don't you think that if I was an xbot, I'd not give any solid arguments because I'd naturally not play the games, so I'd not know about their pros and cons? (unless you're implying that I'd go around internet's forums just to look up the negative opinions for each of those titles) Don't you think that I'd not start the comment by pointing out that it is actually a good/great game?
Is it regarded as the best exclusive to date? By who? By p...
