BTW MS didn't put HD-DVD in xflop cause for them was most important to be first. That's the only way they can win, or at least what they think.

HD-DVD sold out, cause freaks buy first and they know that HD-DVD looks better as of now. What counts is how it will sell in future, Dreamcast also sold out at first.
You guys should know that Sony/MS ain't making profits with people like us but with people that don't have any clue about what's goin on. The non and causal gamers even don't know there is a rival format. Sony is just a brand like no other and people know Blu-ray cause it's from Sony.
