Just like how the PS3 ended up being the best console to own this gen, the PS4 is all I'll need. Better specs and better 1st party developers are both a given.
Is this really question? Who in their right mind would prefer to choose agreements to allow spying, mandatory Internet, mandatory camera, mandatory fees, disrespect for indie developers, and the list really just goes on if you haven't been living under a rock this week.

Xbox enthusiasts have been conditioned in such a way that they're ok with all those of things. Daily collection of private information including the layout of your own home is a mandatory collaboration between you and Microsoft, and that's ok!
Mandatory camera, mandatory internet connection every 24 hours to get the "full experience." There's no need to think too hard; everyone with a half a brain knows why they're doing this, and if absurd invasion of privacy didn't cross your mind, you may need to seek help.

Every big developer out there started out small, just like the 98% you've now claimed. How could they grow and evolve into developers like Naughty Dog if they're not given a chance? Idiots aren't realizing that these problems are bigger than N4G, as seen by not only stock drops for Microsoft but, as you posted, Germany making such claims about the Xbox One being a "surveillance device."
