@inthelab

How big is the current gen install base compared to launch day?

How big will it be after both titanfall and infamous release?

Bigger than day one with few titles to compete with?

I think I would actually play a Mario world city builder.

Nabbing I disagree with your sentiment that the 3ss doesnt have a plethora of great games. It has many very high quality games, I have been playing a lot of bravely default lately, but I also played the remake of ocarina of time, kingdom hearts ddd, fire emblem, shin megami tensei and the donkey Kong game whose title I forget. I also would like to play the various mario games.

I also own a vita and agree that it does indeed have fun games like persona 4, gravity rush, ys, a ...

Or Ubisoft told them to polish the game while they figured out a release date that they believe would maximize profits?

The game was probably fine to be released in November, but ubisoft wouldn't want their new IP(watch_dogs) to compete with or overshadow their bread and butter IP(assassin's creed).

When it comes down to it publishers decide when a game ships and developers just use the time allotted to the best of their abilities. Many a buggy game...

A non-pc-gamer disagrees over here. Wouldn't you want to see the game sell as many copies as possible.

And we also have no idea if this is a "masterpiece" or not.

Lets just hope as fans of the series that the game if fun, the story absurd, and the characters quirky and yet somehow relatable.

On a side note does anyone else feel that a ffvii will come if this game sells really really well?

I also agree. Perhaps a prequel not pertainong to Joel, Ellie, or Tess.

I'd like to know about Tommy being a firefly, or the origin of the statutory rape cannibal club.

Ultimately I still believe it would be best to leave that IP for now and create a new one. Come back to The Last Of Us five years from now and we'll give naughty dog deity status.

Guys, I'm being an OLS(obnoxious little sh!t).

I thoroughly enjoyed the game, however there was no skill involved in melee in TLOU. For example, in a room full of runner s your best bet if you couldn't stay hidden was running around punching them. If they ganged up on you a mash square quickly time event came up to break up the press square melee monotony. They could have made it more timing based with a dodge or counter-move at least making you think or react.

Is it really a big deal? All that matter is if its part of sony Santa monica's vision, right?

We shouldn't ask that they cater to us, but rather they make the game that they want to make.

Well, that depends. What is a reasonable price to you? Ill say I think it will cost $400-$500.

However I don't believe that was what thuway was hinting at. You're just grasping at straws like the rest of us.

Can't blame you though.

I mostly agree.

However what if this information does not apply to the NDA?
