you guys took it the wrong way. i meant that it leaves the devs the choice to be less creative in how they get you to replay their games. think back to before achievments were introduced. You only replayed the good games because they had something to look forward to each time, something different and new. And, most importantly, they were fun to play. Now, with these achievments, they get to implement lazy replay. meaning, most of the replay is coming from the fact that you only want to replay...

the millions who actually like achievements and admit that it adds replay value, don't realize that it's just MS way to get developers to make games that'll force you to want to keep playing said games. when in reality, all they're useful for is to help the MS make you think that 360 version has more replay than other consoles.

PS3 LAUNCH games have better graphics and reiviews than 360's launch games. on not having rumble, Sony only said it wasn't need because they weren't so quick to pay off Immersion to get off thier backs like MS did.

BTW, SDTV's won't be picking up any TV reception thru oldskool antennaes , 2009 and forward. GOVT implemented all digital TV standard. So, pretty much, any body who has a SDTV now and doesn't plan on gong HD, they're gonna have to get some digital reciever jjust to watch local broadcast. ha, ha, and ha.
