lol at all the comments about Price
You get what you pay for.
It is like saying Oh that ferrari is far to expensive.
Some people enjoy spending money on their hobbies, funny thing that.
Yeah Gaijin Entertainment who develop War Thunder which is the best flight game I have played.
CD project Red goes without mention developing the witcher series
And of course the developers of stalker are making a new game.
Almost forgot good old 4A Games who make the awesome and immersive metro series.
great game, well worth the download
Sounds so promising
Eastern European Developers, here to save gaming!
I will keep trying in vain to reach out to the masses and shepherd thy brethren and turn them from the darker path that would lead them into desolation and Isolation from great gaming experiences.
This one is humbily grateful to all those that bask in the light of the glorious multi platform gamers.
I really like this list, shows off games that were enjoyed not for their AAA budgets or graphics or their big name voice actors but for their gameplay mechanics and how innovatively they applied their mechanics.
Bought Brothers A tale of Two sons on the steam sale for £6 and I have to say I totally get what he is talking about how the game manages to form a strong emotional connection with good story and make the mechanics part of that connection.

You do realise not everyone has to think the Last of Us is the best game ever.
This list is based on the games he personally enjoyed the most.
The Last of Us isn't in my top 10 games of 2013 either, I must be some sort of offbeat heathen for daring not to think it is the best game ever, which it is far from.
I don't play brands, I play games.
Id like to nominate Far Cry 3 blood Dragon, its shooting just feels so right and the weapons feel excellent.
When really it is just the PS4 does not have the processing juice to run the game effectively and do all the computations of an actual simulator.
Actually all I ever notice is console only gamers (bless their little souls) making inaccurate outdated misinformed statements.
The PC as a platform is better in every single way
- graphics
- audio
- control methods
- programs/apps
- browsers
- better media centres
- more in depth games
- more complex games
- bigger games
- control inputs
- mods
- customisation
- ...
Funny how the PC does not need big budgets to have great games.
And yet they still look better and play better with more depth to the mechanics than you can even begin to imagine.
You seem extremely butthurt, the blurred edges of objects are clearly visable even with the "compression" of the live stream.
The differences are noticeable to anyone who has gamed on PC.
Also lol at your screenshot of Guild Wars 2, nice job having it on medium settings and using a screen from an old version of the game.

Texturing, shadows, water, foliage all looks better on PC.
The edges also look crisper due to better AA.
It also probably runs at a higher frame rate and can run at higher resolutions.
Not exactly a good comparison as these devs are not pushing the PC, the real comparison will be the Witcher 3.
There has been a lack of releases on PC in the last quarter of this year so most of the must have games have already been on sale.
Still though I picked up the Orange Box, Brothers a Tale of Two Sons and The Wolf Among Us.
Not a bad scoop for me and I have a big backlog to get through, the people having a whinge about the sales are just entitled.
Played in the closed/open beta and have about 300 hours logged on steam.
So more than any playstation fanboy thinking this is the next MAG.
My issue is with how any hex on the territory borders can be taken splitting players up, there should be frontline points that have to be won in order for a hex to be captured.
I was in the biggest Terran platoon on my server and we never got steam rolled, it was fun in the beginning but then I realised p...
Exactly there is never any shortage of new IPs, some of them you just have to find yourself or look out for good youtubers who check out new games and recommend them.
Just because it isn't hyped by geoff Keighley or talked about on major game sites does not mean it isn't good or doesn't exist.
Loving Brothers a Tale of Two Sons atm, just picked it up on steam for £5.99.
I hope there is more depth to the hacking/combat in the game.
The one button press system ubisoft has adopted for all games is far to easy.
Money is the only language they understand
It was a rough and simple analogy, you didn't need to break it down.
Now fuck off and have a good christmas ;)
